Need help cooking chicken breast without adding extra calories!

Sorry for the weird picture. I chose these chicken breasts because they are all relatively the same weight, therefore easier to track calories. I hate cooking, thinking about what to buy at the store, and just everything about food and cooking. I'm looking for an easy way to make like 5 at a time so I have them for the week. I know that adding olive oil, butter, sauces, etc. adds flavor, but it can also add major calories. How can I prepare these so that they aren't loaded with empty calories but also don't taste like ass?
