Rookie Question re "Submit Audiobook for Review" Action on First ACX Upload

Apologies if this is a dumb question, but I've searched everywhere and can't find the answer.

I had an audiobook produced elsewhere and have uploaded it to ACX to publish on Audible. I'm at the point now where the next step is "Submit Audiobook for Review."

My question is, is hitting this the equivalent of hitting "Publish" on kindle and print books? That is, will ACX automatically publish it if it passes the review?
