i got fired because of my adhd

I got fired from my job today. I have been feeling up and down recently and my boss also said that my performance has been up and down. However when she broke the news to me she told me the main reason I got fired was because I didn’t pay attention enough, missed small details and got easily distracted. Which is things I struggle with due to my adhd. The worst part is I don’t disagree. She was right and it just sucks that I can’t help it or do anything about it.

I’m just so tired of my adhd and the problems it creates in my life.
