can a pcp refill adderall?

i’m prescribed adderall ir 10mg as a booster for my vyvanse (30mg). i find it hard sometimes to contact my psych every month to refill it, i tried today with no answer and i just took my last pill.

i recently got a primary care dr, and i was wondering if they would be able to refill it? i know they can prescribe antidepressants and stuff but i don’t know about adhd meds. i was thinking of calling them tomorrow if i still can’t get a hold of her. they know i’m prescribed it so i dunno.
