Is Anyone Else Experiencing Excessive Motion Artifacts in Some Games?

Motion Sickness Warning: I'm spinning the camera a lot to show the artifacts that I'm seeing on my end

Hey guys,

For some reason -- in select games, like Hellblade II and Ghost of Tsushimi -- there's a crazy amount of motion artifacts whenever I rotate the camera. Even if I put it in Native Resolution, the issue is still present... If I turn off Motion Blur, then it doesn't look smooth at all; along with there being a double-image effect as well.

Thankfully, this doesn't happen in every single game that I own, but I would love to know why it does. Is there something going on with my graphic card? Any feedback would be appreciated.
