I’m part of fandoms where I haven’t read/watched the og media

I like reading fics from Bnha, Harry Potter and Hunger Games but I’ve been too lazy to actually read or watch the books and movies. I mainly got into them during covid when I was bored and TikTok had fried my attention span to the point where I could only read Reddit posts and fandom.com and watch short summaries on YouTube so I just relied on those for my info and then I’d go read a bunch of fics from those fandoms and make OCs. I’ve only read the first hunger game book and for Harry Potter I own a couple of them but I haven’t finished reading any. Bnha, I’ve only watched some edits on tiktok
