Motherboard replacement

Hello everyone, happy new year

I have a problem, I just changed the motherboard, ram and processor. When I try to log in to Windows 11 it warns me that my Pin is no longer available due to a change in security settings, so far so good. The problem comes when I try to configure the PIN, it tries to log in but to do so it needs internet but I don't know why, I don't have one, I have the ethernet cable connected and an external WiFi connector but it doesn't help. When I try to see the connections you have at the bottom right, the Internet world ball icon appears all grayed out without being able to do anything else.
