Error with BigBadToyStore?

Morning Y'all

Got an email this morning saying there was an issue with my order at BBTS because my address doesn't match the banking institution. Went to check my address on file with BBTS and it matches my current address (which matches what's set up with my bank)

Anyone had this issue before? Anyone know if a way to resolve it?

Sent them an email but worried about my pre-order for the X-Men 97 Gambit Marvel Legends figure

Update: CSR had me do a fake update, reentered the address the exact same as before, and they manually processed it with no issues. Fingers crossed I don't run in to this issue again for automatic processing, but I'll change to PayPal if so to avoid it. Thanks for all your comments
