Patches ???

Do only certain patches equip to jackets?
I have patches on my helmet my chest plate.

But no matter what I do what jacket I wear I cannot get them to equip to my arms I asked this question a while back I have googled this question a million times and asked eveyone I see who is wearing patches on the jacket and I still cant figure it out.

Please Reddit help a bro out I just wanna complete my look so when I filp my jeep I die with style :D
