Recommended everyday sunscreen?

I've been using sunscreen everyday on vulnerable places like face and back of neck but it's doing a number on my skin. It's hard to wash off.. why is it so water resistant when I'm not swimming!

Can anyone recommend good brands/types of sunscreen for everyday use mostly for face that's not so pore clogging and easy to wash off?
