Difference Between Idiopathic Hypersomnia and Intrusive Sleep Disorder?

For a long while I've been struggling with excessive daytime sleepiness. Some days are better than others, but on bad days it's so much of a struggle to stay awake that it borders on painful to fight the fatigue. I've had at home and in lab sleep studies done with no findings (narcolepsy, sleep apnea, etc), as well as all manner of labs done (thyroid, cbc, iron, vitamins, etc.), again with no abnormalities. I have ADHD and am on Strattera for it, as well as Celexa for anxiety.

I am wondering if I have either Intrusive Sleep disorder (which apparently is common among those with ADHD) or Idiopathic Hypersomnia. I'm not exactly sure what the difference between the two is, so if someone could differentiate the two for me I would appreciate it!

My main symptoms are excessive sleepiness (especially triggered when bored or in a quiet/non-stimulating environment) and fatigue/sleepiness upon waking regardless of how well or long I've slept.

Would rxs like Modafinil or Xywav be good for something like this?

Thanks!
