Nipple discharge?

34F Medications: Finzala and Lexapro 5’10, 150 lbs No known medical conditions. Non smoker. Two pregnancies. Breastfed each kid for 1.5 years. Last time I breastfed was in September of 2023. Every now and then, I’ll feel a wet spot on my shirt where my left nipple is. I squeeze to see if anything comes out, and typically nothing does. I felt another small wet spot this morning and this time when I squeezed, clear/milky white liquid came out.

I had a mammogram within the last 6 months and they found nothing, but I’m wondering if this discharge is normal/possibly still residual from breastfeeding?
