Do urgent care center still operate in center 12 or three London?

Does anybody know if there’s any urgent cares around London area zone two or three or one? because I am not gonna spend 12 hours in A&E for them to tell me what I already know I just need some assurance that being in this much pain in a week is normal and it’s been a week and it hurts like F. I don’t see any point in calling 111 does anybody know if there’s still any urgent cares in the London area?
