Balanced Mode Not Showing

I got in in Xbox early with Ubisoft+ and a trip to New Zealand.

Game seems cool so far. But I only have Quality and Performance mode showing? No "balanced" option.

My Samsung TV is a bit weird in that it only does 120fps at 1080p (not 4k). I wonder if this is stopping "balanced" appearing?
