What is Your Current Hyperfixation? Healthy or Unhealthy
I used to hyperfixate on people - namely, one crush or another, thankfully I've realized what I was doing & now redirect my thoughts as much as possible!
Now, mine is making music playlists on spotify for my dance group (such a serotonin release!). Also, pressing wildflowers now that it's spring to use for resin art.
