Going to pick up Aventurine for Feixiao FUA team. What type of relic sets and stats do I need?

The team is Feixiao, Robin, and March Hunt. I don’t know if he should be focused on sustain or DPS for the team and how Robin potentially changes desired stats. I’m not sure how important speed is compared to other stats and what relics would best work for overall team.
