I am Losing my mind over Ausländerbehorde doing this to me!

I am an international student, just moved to Bonn at the start of this month. Moved to Germany almost a year ago. I was studying in Darmstadt for 9 months and got a Fiktionsbescheinigung from Auslanderbehorde Darmstadt which lasts till 24th March 25.

Since, I have decided to change my study programme and moved to Bonn.

It was all going well but, as soon as I started searching for jobs many employer suggested me to change the university and city name in the visa to be able to work!, so I got in touch with the Auslanderbehorde Bonn ([antrag-auslaenderamt@bonn.de](mailto:antrag-auslaenderamt@bonn.de)), and they replied quickly asking for a few documents that I provided. But then the person asked me for proof of income from a job (counterproductive) or a blocked amount of 11,000 Euro.

Since my Block amount has dried up and I cannot find a job due to a different city name in my work permit and student visa. I don't know what to do, as I am desperate for a job. Almost nobody to help me in this isolating foreign environment and counterproductive request from the Auslanderbehorde. I am fearing that I would be kicked out of Germany.

Since it takes a few months to process requests I have already applied for residence permit, but I don't know how I would be able to manage this huge fund without a job, I feel like the ground is crumbling under my feet.

Also is it possible for a second Fiktionsbescheinigung? maybe that's the only way I can find a solution out of this situation.
