Any tips to get past mythic with randoms without playing 4 hours a day?

Ik it's kinda of a skill issue but I can't help it. People are dodging won matches(draft) and my randoms don't know how to pick. It was a issue but I would just play till I hit legendary. Now I got life and don't wanna play ranked for 2 hours just to gain 400 points.
