About the Droopy songs?

Does anyone actually know what those songs are about?? I can make out hardly any words in "Droopy loves your face".

Who/What is Droopy? Why Ricochet? why your face? Do the words have any significant meaning to them? Or is it just gibberish?

Anyone have any idea? Has u/C418 talked about it? Thanks.
