7 Days in... worst sleep of my life.
Trying to manage this new reality and doing my best to stay positive. I have probably had sleep apnea my whole life, but never felt tired. The only reason I am treating it now is because I've developed heart palpitations they think are tied to the apnea.
Here is my data from last night. My AHI is low with very few events (I was diagnosed with an AHI over 32 from a home study). I guess that's an improvement, but if you look at my apple watch this is how i FEEL after sleeping. I'm not totally miserable, but it's been 7 nights now with pretty miserable sleep. I'm still functional but it's been years since I've been this tired.
Any suggestions you can glean from the Data?
