How do so many people game all day non stop?

I have entire monitor that I barely use and I haven’t discovered much of the internet at all. I’m homeschooled and I’m at home ALLLL day so you could imagine how the day just drags.(also no, I’m not going back to traditional school) itch.io is really good but I’m not as hooked as I would be like an average person (a person who games all day) and I litterely don’t know what to do and I need something to keep me obssesed
