CFA Inspired Dinner

I’ve given up fast food for the time being but was CRAVING fried chicken, especially CFA. So I took some of their techniques (pickle juice marinade, peanut oil) and made some crispy chicken for the first time!

Not super aesthetic but I think it’s on par if not tastier than their tenders! (They win on fries)
