SHM customer service!
I would just love to give credit where credit is due. So often we see complaints about companies here in the THCA space but I would like to say SHM customer service is awesome. I made an order of multiple strains all half ounce of differing varieties and I had an issue with one of my packages. I made customer support aware of my issue and within 24 hours I got a refund of my entire order with store credit and a custom discount code I can use whenever I want.
