Elementary school ratings - why is Zillow the only RE website that updates Dallas’ great schools’ rating? Realtor.com and Redfin fail to do this.
This is a huge problem for many clients and buyers. There are schools that improved drastically from a 5 to a 7 or 7 to a 9 over the last two years. This metric matters a lot to people scrolling through houses online. It rules out certain areas for many if elementary school is too low while people save up for private middle or high schools. And these people trust (incorrectly) the number provided by realtor.com and Redfin. How can we get Redfin and Realtor.com to fix this?
Take one example: mockingbird elementary in Dallas which is now a 9/10 on great schools.
