Is it weird to watch Original Sin first?

To start, I've seen the first 2 episodes of Dexter and I'm currently reading the book so I'm no stranger to the Dexter universe (also, I know most of the spoilers for Dexter and New Blood cuz it took over my Instagram feed a while ago).

I thought it would be a cool idea to watch the shows in chronological order just because I've never done something like this before.
