FC 24 HUGE INPUT LAG

Hi, since I bought fc 24 on pc, the game runs as if it has 10 seconds of delay, players move as if they have legs in concrete, I have an average of 160fps, 35 ping but it does not change anything, because I feel in this game as if I have with 1000 ping and 10 fps, what to do? I have already done all possible tutorials and nothing, really nothing.
