Seamless Coop - Died to invader - now locked from doing literally anything

I was playing seamless coop with friends and we got invaded by another player, that player killed me and then the host lost connection and everyone's game crashed but mine didn't. I just got sent back to my world but I was then locked from doing basically anything. I cannot teleport to graces, and I can't use any of the multiplayer items. We were doing the Ranni quest part in the Ainsel River. I tried reinstalling, tried leaving the area through the elevator, tried beating the area boss, tried dying to a boss, nothing has worked.

I would be so grateful to anyone with a possible solution or a fix <3
