Some difficult PVE tasks

Was enjoying a bit of PVE and then got stuck on the jeager quest Secured Permiter. The PMC's did not go anywhere near office and had to chase me near outside gate 3 side. If they are close enough you can kill them and it counts. The other side of office they simply refuse to go anywhere close and sit near the pile of rubble. Gotten to Evil Watchmen and had a team spawn inside dorms. But only when they spawned inside. The PMC's rarely do spawn inside of dorms which is a bit unfortunate. I hope this can be fixed for the various other tasks that require killing PMC's in a specific area.
