How many of you grew up with phantom dick sensations?

I did. I've always had it. I remember having it in diapers. It is so freaking interesting to me. Always in the correct region, too. Like man bodies are fuckin weeeeeird.

I know trans people experience stuff like this, but I'm still just curious.
