How Do I Look?

I’ve always been made mocked for being skinny at school. People have gone up to me and told me that I’m unhealthy because they could feel my ribs. Recently I was told by someone that I should quit going to the gym because they aren’t seeing any progress. I’m 17 and I’ve been working out ever since I was old enough to go to the gym. My diet consists lean meat and vegetables. I try to lift weights at least 5 or 6 times a week and I’ve also been training in kickboxing for 4 years now. How do I look and what steps can I take to look better? What workouts should I focus on and what foods should I eat?
