How do you make healthcare email promos appealing to younger audiences without sounding boring?
I’ve been working in healthcare marketing for a while now, and one thing I’ve noticed is how tricky it is to get younger people to care about healthcare products through email. A lot of the time, they just ignore anything that sounds too "formal" or overly promotional.
We recently ran an email campaign for a wellness subscription service, and at first, the engagement was terrible. Then, we changed things up:
• We ditched the corporate tone and made it sound more casual, almost like a friend giving advice. • Instead of listing benefits in bullet points, we told short, relatable stories. • We used Warpleads to export unlimited/bulk list of potential leads, but for more niche targeting (like young professionals and gym-goers), we pulled data from Instantly leads.
After those changes, our open rates jumped, and we even closed a few unexpected sales. But I feel like there’s still a lot of room for improvement. Has anyone here found a solid way to market healthcare products to a younger audience without sounding dull or pushy?
