What is her name?

I fell in love with this plant soon as I saw her In the shop a couple of months ago. It seems to be a pothos but what type I have no idea. And why does she have a leaf with a quarter of the area totally brown? Will she grow more if that type of leaf? I’m fascinated with her and she seems to love the attention. And also where she’s placed now as she’s growing 4 new leaves, 3 of which are totally white. Will this plant over time become more white and less green?
