JBL Reflect Flow - Right earbud really quiet, muffled

I'm using my earbuds normally and the right earbud suddenly "stopped" working. I checked, it worked but only really-really quietly, that quiet that I only heard it when I took the left earbud out. So I know that the earbuds are connected, but don't know what to do now. has anyone else experienced the same issue?
