How to use Macrofactor when eating out

I'm trying to decide if I should start paying Macrofactor, but there are some things in my life that are keeping me from that so I wanted to ask people who use it if you know if it's worth it in my case.

Context: I am trying to lose fat and build muscle.

I sometimes go out to eat, whether because of work, friends or family. Sometimes there are things that say the amount in the menu like for example 8 oz steak. However, sometimes there aren't measurements or I go to places that only have bar food like wings and nachos. Is there a way to put that in the app? Also, even when the menu says the amount like an 8 oz steak, I don't know how much oil and butter the is used in that steak. Also, there aren't measurements for the sides like rice or beans.

Also, I'm not the one that cooks at home. Sometimes when the food is being prepared, I go and weight the chicken breast or the filet, but that's not the case most of the time.

Also, are there options for brands? Like for example, not every beer has the same calories, it depends on the brand. So does it allow you to put a specific beer brand (international, I don't live in the US) or is it just "1 beer"?
