Mercenaries in Kaiserreich?

Do you guys think that the Kaiserriech world (particularly in the postwar era) would see the use of mercenaries? And if so, where? I can definitely imagine Russia using private soldiers to act in the Cairo Pact or the Ottoman Empire, and a collapse of Mittelafrika would probably look like the OTL Congo Crisis on steroids. In general, any scenario would create a lot of political refugees and exiled veterans, so it would be easy to find "volunteers": Italians, Spaniards, Eastern Europeans...
