Kingdom Hearts - Factory Sealed Rarity?

Anyone in here have a sealed KH PS2 Black Label or have ever seen one? Ik prices are pretty ridiculous on it but my LGS has one very reasonably priced and I’m very tempted to get it. Ik the game was a huge hit and had so many reboots that a sealed copy to me seems like a unicorn. Just curious on anyone else’s experience. Thanks!
