Average shipping time?

Wondering the average shipping time, paid on the 20th of December and I'm still waiting on the tracking. First order was shipping in around 4 days. I've sent a couple emails but haven't heard anything 😵‍💫😵‍💫 Ordered the Oz of Crotch Rocket.
