Is there a way to increase the household limit without using mccc?

Pretty much what the tittle says.

I'm currently building an orphanage for future lore purposes and I was wondering if it's possible to increase the household limit beyond 8 without using mccc or other mods.

I'm a console player so mods are not viable and my quest for a cheat that might help has so far yielded no results.

So guys, is this something that I can actually do without mccc or other cheats or is the orphanage of my dreams doomed to fail?
