Will he make it?

I made a past post here after league week expressing my love for the week since it was pure funny content. Also, I mentioned that I thought he might make it if he learns what went wrong for him. If not, he could at least know what to improve on in the future. But to be honest as the year draws to an end, for people who know league more than me, does he have a chance at plat? Was curious since I am not that familiar with it. He has been playing it offline and he has made it to gold 3 I think last time I checked.
