Sephora Middle East Problems

I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask but I'm stuck and I really need help. I won't bore you with all the details but here's what happened basically:

  • End of May 2015, I reach Black card (equivalent to VIB) and my points don't get updated. This is normal for Sephora but a few weeks later I went in and asked them to check my points.

  • Basically for 3 months they tell me my points are correct in the system and they've contacted the main office to fix it but nothing ever happens.

-Fast forward to around 3 months ago, SephoraMiddleEast's Instagram account is flooded with comments on every post about this problem and after countless emails not being answered, someone finally calls.

  • So the lady who called basically spoke to me like I was a liar the whole time, till I scanned all my receipts and she had proof I reached black card and she tells me I'll get my card in 3 weeks max.

  • About 2 months pass with me calling the number that no longer answers, emailing them twice and sending Instagram messages that I haven't received my card, and what do they reply? They ask me to send them my original problem again so I could start this whole process again! I emailed them telling them I won't be sending my problem again and for them to send me a new customer service number, tell me when I'll get my card and to consider compensating their customers for all of what happened.

  • They replied a few days later just saying my card will be dispatched with the next batch. I emailed back asking about the number with no reply.

So, now its been about a month since the last email and they still haven't replied and I can't for the life of me find another customer service number for them. What would you guys do in my situation? Do you think it's worth me contacting the US office or is that just a stretch?
