I suddenly got Premium Deluxe for MSFS 2020?

When I bought MSFS 2020 I bought the base pack and never bought the Premium Deluxe. However, when I updated MSFS today I saw that I could install the deluxe and premium deluxe additions.

Its worth mentioning I own MSFS 2024 Premium Deluxe - I'm wondering if that has anything to do with why I got access to MSFS 2020 Premium Deluxe?

Not complaining, I can finally fly the Horizon 787
