Is this considered a balanced breakfast on GLP-1?

I messed up for a long time by skipping breakfast. I just learned that that is a major contributor for obesity. So, I need a balanced breakfast that hits nutritional needs whilst being low calorie. I don’t need taste, I’ll choke down wallpaper paste if it’ll take the fat with it.

In school, I had energy drinks to shock me awake. Bad.

When I grew up a bit, coffee worked better, milk and sugar. I’m unsure whether to break my dependence on it, weighing up the pros and cons regarding energy levels, gastric health, heart health, caffeine dependence, and so on.

Before MJ, I tried consistently with Special K Red Berries and milk, my favourite cereal. I saw conflicting information online about its nutritional value, and advice to cut out cereals completely.

On my 7th week of MJ, 5mg, I’ve been having the usual coffee as well as a whole apple. Again, conflicting desires, the incredible taste, fiber and keeping-the-doctor-away-ness weighed against needing a source of protein and more nutrients.

If I switch to black coffee, keep my apple, and add a small handful of Hazelnuts (my favourite), is that considered a nutritionally balanced, tasty, low-calorie, gastric-compliant, “normal” breakfast, that will augment this medication that I can form a consistent habit around?

Starting from zero is tough, any advice is appreciated. ✌️
