I'm confused.. but does Bob Dylan suck?

I've heard this jokingly throughout the years I haven't really looked into his music to be 100% honest with you good people. But I just saw a podcast that had the title of that Bob Dylan kind of sucks. So I just wanted to get people's opinion on it either way I don't know if this is dumb or not but I just figured I'd ask
