Local soldering to replace a USB C on a laptop

Hi!

I've got an older laptop which has a USB C port where the connectors have worn down so the cable has to sit just right for it to work.

Does anyone have any recommendations for local engineers who could mount a new USB C port onto the board? Its probably too specialist for the regular repair shops, but I could be wrong.
