Is Zane really hated by the writers?

I’ve started to see a pattern that Zane always ends up getting either killed or messed with his program system way to much, like once he’s killed by the overlord, then memories erased TWICE on both Chen’s island and season 11, THEN system sabotaging many times so like? Why do they do my boy dirty tho 🥲 aaaaand also I once saw an edit that shown Zane under the caption was “hated by the writers” I’m not sure if it’s true or not
