What is your villain OCs ultimate end goal and why do they want to pursue it in the first place?
General Brimstone's ultimate plan is that he will kill both God and Satan, and became a powerful god-like being and reshape the world in his image, where EVERYONE is equal, with no inequality or imperfections.
The reason why Brimstone wants to pursue his goal is because he has soon grown nihilistic over reality, believing the only things that exist in it are pain, suffering, futility and hardship, and that the only way to improve it is to destroy it and remake it anew, in his image.
If the plan sounds similar to Madara's plan in Naruto Shippuden and Cyrus's plan in Pokémon Diamond/Pearl/Platimum then yes, his personality is based off both of them.
