La Defense (Paris) tips?

Hi all!

I'm going to Paul's concert at La Defense this week (so excited)—can anyone who has been to this arena before give tips? I'm wondering about best time to arrive before the concert, anything I should know about seating, etc. I would love to get there early enough to hear his soundcheck but I have no idea if I'll be able to—last time I saw him was at an outdoor stadium, so even waiting in line I could hear him, but La Defense is interior so maybe impossible?

Not sure if this is relevant but I'm from the US, traveling to Paris to see the concert. I know a tiny bit of French but not a lot.
