Has anyone received the VIP Package from Paris (05/12)?

Hi all,

I went to the concert on December 5th. To my surprise on the day of the concert, I received an email saying that my VIP package wouldn't be available for pick up at the arena and that I should fill in a form and it would be eventually sent to my home. When I arrived at the arena, I was told the same by the organizers.

I have filled in the form, but haven't heard back. I was wondering if anyone else has?
