Looking for someone to upgrade 3070 to 16gbs

Im looking to get into contact with someone that knows how to upgrade the vram on gpus and get it all working without issues as i do not hand the time nor knowlege to do it If anyone can direct me to a person and how to get in contact that would be apreciated
