i got banned

hello, is smurfing bannable ? i've seen alot of streamers, players, smurfin. So i decided to buy a new acc to play with my little brother who is copper ( not to play rank ) in order to play in lobbies without try harder, i did two games with 15k\a and i got banned, can i get unbanned or its not a reversible decision ?
